The BEST way to whiten teeth at home (proven by science) is to use peanut butter. Just rub peanut butter on your teeth, allow it to stand for 10 minutes, then rinse with water and repeat. If you do this twice a day for four weeks (morning and evening), your teeth will look totally white again. It’s amazing. Everyone I know who has tried this now has beautiful white teeth.

If we use baking soda, tho, we do not need nothing else. Baking soda has being in picture all live, it is nothing new.

But, I not something really better and less complicated if the government and its lobbyists would had no stake their nose in their MAFFIA.
The COCA LEAFS are supper for teeth health, natives in South America did not use tooth paste, brush and nevertheless dentists and they usually die with their natural teeth with them.
But, the MAFFIA TOKE OVER THE COCA TREE TO MAKE COCAINE AND RUN THE MEDICAL TREE TO MAKE PLANTY OF MONEY.

Interesting post. I’m concerned some of these remedies might prove harmful. The apple-cider vinegar probably isn’t a good idea. That’s basically a nightly acid blast before bedtime.
